Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Cat’ll Do Nicely different?

We’re a licensed, five-star rated cattery nestled between Worcester and Hereford, offering luxury boarding suites with CCTV, heated rooms, and soothing music (yes, Classic FM!). Run by experienced feline carers Anna and Chris, we combine professional expertise with genuine love for cats.

How do I book?

All bookings, viewings, drop-offs, and collections are strictly by appointment. You can contact us via our website or phone to arrange your cat’s stay. Early booking is recommended, especially during holidays.

What vaccinations are required?

Your cat must be fully vaccinated against:

• Feline Enteritis

• Cat Flu (FHV & FCV)

Vaccination records must be shown before check-in. We cannot accept unvaccinated cats.

Can you administer medication?

We can administer oral and topical medications. However, we do not accept cats requiring insulin or other injectable treatments, as these require specialist veterinary care. This ensures the safety and wellbeing of all our guests.

What should I bring?

You’re welcome to bring:

  • Your cat’s favourite blankets, bedding, scratching post or toys

  • Any prescribed medication with clear instructions

  • Special dietary food if needed

  • We provide everything else: comfy bedding, litter trays, and cat food.

Will my cat be housed with others?

Never. Each cat (or family group) has their own spacious, private suite. This reduces stress and ensures a peaceful stay.

Will I get updates?

Yes! We love sharing photos and updates during your cat’s stay. Many of our guests’ humans say it gives them peace of mind while they’re away.

What are your opening hours?

We’re open seven days a week, but all visits must be pre-arranged. No walk-ins, please—this helps us maintain a calm and secure environment.

What are your rates?

Our luxury suites are £20 per day for a single cat and £30 for two cats. Rates may vary for long-term stays or special requirements. Contact us for a personalised quote.

Do you offer transport?

Yes! We provide a pet taxi service within a reasonable distance for a set fee. Just ask when booking.

What if my cat becomes unwell?

We monitor all cats closely. If any health concerns arise, we’ll contact you immediately and consult our trusted local vet if needed. Your emergency contact details are essential.
