In August 2024, we were awarded a 5-star rating by Herefordshire Council, meeting 100% of the higher standards required for the authority's highest licence rating. To help us maintain these exceptional standards and continue investing in the care, comfort and wellbeing of our feline guests, our boarding rates will increase by £1 per day from 1 January 2027. This small adjustment reflects rising operating costs, including utilities, insurance, maintenance, cleaning supplies and the day-to-day expenses involved in providing a premium cattery experience.

Prices are based on cats from the same household sharing one suite. Please note that our discounted rates for multiple cats only apply when they share the same suite. If separate suites are required, the standard single-cat rate will apply to each suite.

We charge per day, including both the day of arrival and the day of departure. Payments can be made by card, phone, cash, cheque or bank transfer.

Any bookings for 2027 confirmed before the price increase announcement on October 1st 2026 will be honoured at our previous rates.
